Robert Helmer, CEO and Chairman; Co-founder of the Company

Mr. Helmer is an entrepreneur having owned and operated three businesses prior to founding Commerce Science Corporation. His expertise in dealing with vendors has helped craft the direction of company. Mr. Helmer was the founder of TRAC International Corporation, an importer and distributor of cycling products selling nationwide through over 600 dealers. TRAC also became active in the importation and distribution of electronic and computer products to national retailers. Mr. Helmer attended Georgia Tech on an athletic scholarship majoring in Industrial Management.

Pete Macking, Director and COO

In this role, Mr. Macking is responsible for all day to day operations of Commerce Science Corporation, as well as marketing and account management. Prior to joining Commerce Science, Mr. Macking was employed at United Parcel Service for 32 years. His experience at UPS includes extensive background in sales, marketing and project management. Mr. Macking oversaw sales operations in several of UPS's business units both domestically and in Europe. He also served as Vice President of sales for UPS Logistics, and later was responsible for sales and marketing of new products and services developed at UPS's corporate headquarters. Mr. Macking earned a BA in Economics from King's College in Pennsylvania. His educational background also includes studies in Logistics Management at Michigan State University and Business Courses at the University of Chicago.

Todd Sieland-Peterson, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Sieland-Peterson provides technical leadership and guidance for the company's development team. He has direct responsibility for the development, architecture and core component selection that comprise the company's software. Mr. Sieland-Peterson brings significant talent and experience forged by over 20 years of software development with over 10 years focused on developing and managing internet applications. His career has encompassed working with both software companies and consulting with major Fortune 500 corporations. He has led or made substantial contributions to numerous web based enterprise applications, with a particular focus on e-commerce and transaction processing. Most recently prior to joining Commerce Science Corporation, Mr. Sieland-Peterson had technical responsibility for a high volume, global, hosting environment on behalf of a Fortune 50 beverage company. Additional expertise in virtual hosting and massive on-line gaming environments provide a particularly strong foundation to his work with Commerce Science's SaaS model of software delivery. Mr. Sieland-Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Applied Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic University.
